Traveling from the airport to the city centre

By taxi

The taxi journey from the airport to the centre of Helsinki takes nearly half an hour and costs about 35 €.

There are taxi stations right outside the Arrivals Halls of the Domestic and International terminals. Service desks for the taxi operators can be found at Arrivals Halls 1 and 2.

 

Bus connections

From Helsinki City buses 415, 451, 615 and bus 519 from Itäkeskus You can also take the Finnair City Bus from downtown Helsinki to the airport. For timetables please visit Finnairs web site.

 


ORTON Foundation on the map

 

ORTON Foundation is located in Ruskeasuo, about 5 kilometres from Helsinki city centre.

  • Bus number 23 leaves from Rautatientori square (Helsinki railway station) and goes by way of Pasila railway station to Ruskeasuo. The final bus stop is right in front of ORTON  Foundation.
  • You can also take tram number 10 from Helsinki city centre and get off at the Korppaanmäentie stop, which is located about 400 metres from ORTON Foundation.
    The nearest railway stations are located in Pasila and in Helsinki city centre.
  • A taxi transfer from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport to ORTON  Foundation takes about 30 to 40 minutes, as well as a bus transfer from the airport to Helsinki city centre.
